Are your bags waterproof?

We consider our products to be water resistant.

How do I care for my Bag products?

Hand wash with mild detergent in warm water. Do not use bleach. Hang dry.

Why are there marks/spots/stains on my bag?

Your bag is made from a recycled sail it could have character marks such as unique stitching rust
and water marks . These features give your bag character and convey its many voyages across
the seas

Why doesn't the bag I received look exactly like it did on the website?

As each sail is unique so is your bag so the image on the website will vary with each bag

Why is there a string hanging from my bag?

It’s a tell-tale, small pieces of coloured yarn or spinnaker material that are used as a tool
to determine how a sail is performing in the wind.

Why doesn't this product feel like my other Bambak Bag?

All of our products are made from retired sail. Since sails can be made of many different
materials, this will affect the text, weight, and overall feel of each bag.

I typed in my wrong address and need to change it

Please email us at sails@bambak.co as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your address.

If your order has already been shipped you will need to contact the courier (found on your tracking) and update your address with them.

What is your return policy?

Orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Returns Terms & Guidelines

  • Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Please make sure that the returns form has been approved - without approval it may result in your return not being processed.

How can I track my order?

Once your order leaves the warehouse, we will email you a shipment notification with your tracking number.

Can I pickup instore?

Currently we do not offer instore pickup.
